Welcome to Los Altos in La Herradura. This is a place of pure beauty!
The elevated positioning makes for a hard-to-describe view and feeling. This is close to nature yet also close to being by the sea within 5 minutes by car or 30 minutes by foot.
The pool area is in our opinion the best in La Herradura. There are 2 pools, one for children and another big enough for recreational swimming. The grass area is ideal for sunbathing and there are 2 paddle courts with real official surfaces free to play for residents of the community.
The house has the upper location at Los Altos which gives the most privacy, it is also semi-detached which means you have some extra evening sun on the upper terrace.
You can park your car at the private spot or inside the garage which opens by remote.
Inside and on the entrance level there are 2 bedrooms and one bathroom. One bedroom has an exit to a terrace suitable for morning coffee while enjoying the sunrise.
The hallway is also connected to the garage. The upper level has a bedroom that exits to the roof terrace with outstanding views! This is ideal for a lounge or why not a jacuzzi?
On the lower level, the en suite bedroom has been opened up so instead of a bedroom there is a huge living/dining room with an open-plan kitchen. This easily converts back to a bedroom should you prefer. There are 3 double door exits out to the big terrace giving the room very much light and above all sea views.
The terrace has a dining area with a pergola perfect for dining and barbecue and there is space for sunbeams etc.. on the other parts of the terrace. There are electrical sun awnings on the terrace that ensure the right temperature depending on the season.
There are aircones throughout the house and gas-driven radiators that give smooth and nice heating at a very low cost as the house has a central gas connection.
