Los Altos is located on the western side of La Herradura at the desirable Cerro Gordo nature reserve.

The house consists of 3 floors with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Important to note is that this house has the option to expand both the living room and terrace to a double surface, which transforms the house from already large  to approx. 210 m2 and with an even more luxurious feel.

The entrance on the ground level leads into a hall where on the left, you have access to the large garage, and on the right, we find a large bedroom with an ensuite bathroom with double sinks and a double shower; further into the hall, there is a space that is suitable as a walk-in closet or storage if you would need it.
